As was announced at our recent assembly, Banyule Council has approved the installation of a disabled car parking space and eight “stop and drop” parks in Bendoran Crescent. These will be constructed at some stage at the beginning of Term 4. We sincerely hope that this will alleviate the congestion and parking around our school. The “stop and drop” will be two or three minute limited parking between the critical hours of drop off and pick up. The area will be clearly marked.
A reminder that during the upcoming School Holidays the Canteen & storage sheds building will be demolished and prepared for a new basketball court to be installed.
That means that our school and its grounds will be closed September 24th – September 28th (week one of the School Holidays) to allow for the removal of the asbestos and demolition of the canteen and sheds.
To ensure our canteen services can continue, our Canteen Manager, Val Petrovski, will run the Canteen from the Palace. There will a limited menu available throughout Term 4. The Term 4 menu will be available soon. Please note our Canteen service will not operate at all during the last week of this term.
