Social Enterprise Program
Bundoora Primary School is very proud of the success of our student led Social Enterprise Program. Each year, a team of students work with some staff members with the aim of raising money and support for people and charities in need. The student leaders, with the support of other students, organise a range of events for the school community throughout the year. Students also assist the school Breakfast Club and café each morning as well as selling zooper-doopers and food or drinks at recess and school events.
2022 – $10,000 raised and was donated to Diamond Valley Food Share, Variety Club, Mission In Action, Share the Dignity. We also donated over 4000 food and household items that were donated to Diamond Valley Foodshare.
2023 – $8,200 raised and was donated to States Schools Relief, Diamond Valley Foodshare, Big Group Hug and Cancer Council. We also donated over 4000 food and household items that were donated to Diamond Valley Foodshare.
2024 – $7,800 raised and was donated to States Schools Relief, Diamond Valley Foodshare, Big Group Hug and Cancer Council. We also donated over 3500 food and household items that were donated to Diamond Valley Foodshare.
