Canteen

From Term 2, 2026, canteen orders are placed directly through the Bundoora Secondary College website. Orders can be managed via your account — please take a moment to read the instructions below before placing your first order.

Important Information

  • QKR! will no longer be monitored for canteen orders from the start of Term 2, 2026.
  • Orders must be placed or cancelled before the daily 9.00am cut-off time.
  • Creating an account at checkout allows you to cancel orders if your student is away from school on the day of the order.
  • Please ensure student details are entered correctly so they receive their order on the correct day and at the correct time.
  • Please place one order per student.

How to Place an Order

  1. Visit the BPS Canteen ordering page (on the Bundoora Secondary College website).
  2. Browse the menu and select your items, noting flavour and dietary variations — these will appear as a drop-down menu for relevant items.
  3. Click Add to Cart on each item to include it in your order.
  4. Open the cart and review that the items, preferences and quantities are correct.
  5. Click Checkout.
  6. Add your email address.
  7. Delivery is preselected – click Continue.
  8. Fill in your student’s name, BPS class, and the date the order is required.
  9. Fill in your billing address.
  10. Tick Create an Account for Faster Checkout – this allows you to cancel any lunch orders placed.
  11. Click Purchase.
  12. An order confirmation will be sent to your email address.
