Canteen
From Term 2, 2026, canteen orders are placed directly through the Bundoora Secondary College website. Orders can be managed via your account — please take a moment to read the instructions below before placing your first order.
Important Information
- QKR! will no longer be monitored for canteen orders from the start of Term 2, 2026.
- Orders must be placed or cancelled before the daily 9.00am cut-off time.
- Creating an account at checkout allows you to cancel orders if your student is away from school on the day of the order.
- Please ensure student details are entered correctly so they receive their order on the correct day and at the correct time.
- Please place one order per student.
How to Place an Order
- Visit the BPS Canteen ordering page (on the Bundoora Secondary College website).
- Browse the menu and select your items, noting flavour and dietary variations — these will appear as a drop-down menu for relevant items.
- Click Add to Cart on each item to include it in your order.
- Open the cart and review that the items, preferences and quantities are correct.
- Click Checkout.
- Add your email address.
- Delivery is preselected – click Continue.
- Fill in your student’s name, BPS class, and the date the order is required.
- Fill in your billing address.
- Tick Create an Account for Faster Checkout – this allows you to cancel any lunch orders placed.
- Click Purchase.
- An order confirmation will be sent to your email address.
