Our students and families were very fortunate to have Lydia from PrimeSci, Swinburne University, present some amazing science experiments at our recent Family Science Night. Bundoora Primary School’s fabulous Science/STEM Teacher, Miss Jeffries, hosted around 150 people who observed some very interesting and exciting facts about science, with very informed explanations as to how things worked. Children were then able to “get their Science on” and try some experiments themselves. Families made some discoveries of their own while they were conducting their science experiments, gaining a clearer understanding. This hands-on presentation was a wonderful way to celebrate Science Week and continue to foster our students’ curiosity.
