Staff from our school recently participated (and completed) the Doreen Relay for Life event raising money for The Cancer Council. At last count our team’s total fundraising donations was $1,514.00, and still collecting. Our Team walked from 1.00pm on Saturday 10th September, through the night, to 10.00am on Sunday 11th September, battling rain, early morning temperatures, and aching legs. The team managed to get through, with a few laughs on the way, entertaining conversations, and great support from our community. Gloria Jeans Polaris generously donated towards our team, through a percentage of drinks sold at their cafe. We are so proud of our Team and congratulate them for their efforts.
